Wasted energies. Wasted warriors. Wasted social populations. Wasted resources. Wasted knowledge. Wasted genius. Wasted creativity. Wasted chances of learning, cooperation and collaboration. Wasted time. We're here for such a short stay and this planet and its inhabitants are pretty dang wonderful.

These protests and picking at the ulcerated sores serve a purpose to a point. But the problem is not the sores...there is a cause a root to the problem. It is often said that insanity is to perform the same task over and over again and expecting an unrealistic or different result from the same attempt. That is what picking at the scabs is, pointing out the same problems over and over again and using the same tactics to effect change. But the same problems persist. But as it turns out, our existing system is working exactly as it was planned and devised. Our culture has been built upon a flawed foundation.

Time for collaboration and cooperation. Identify and define commonly shared values; such as 1) time, 2) air, 3) water, 4) food, 5) health (physical, environmental, social, 6) amenities, etc. No matter race, gender, politics and any of the other 1000s of labels we devise to distinguish (sic read: segregate) ourselves from each other, I would venture to say that EVERYONE will agree and attest to those commonly shared values above.

And... let's discuss, research, define and agree to commonly shared values and try to base our actions with respect to those values......hmmmm how can I make what I want without impacting that which is valuable.... there's a good "war"
